Vertex (Boys session) – Ascension Dance
When: Monday Trainer: Ascension Dance Age: 11-14 Where: Albany Theatre VERTEX is our senior contemporary dance group aimed at encouraging health and fitness and developing identity and unity. VERTEX will physically challenge you to build confidence, determination and character by learning repertoire for performance, exploring difference movement styles and discovering your own choreographic voice in a supportive environment. £90 per term (other payment options available)

When: Tuesday Trainer: Ascension Dance Age: 4-6 Where: Albany Theatre LEAP is our early years dance group that aims to encourage creativity, movement and imagination in young people. LEAP will get your child inspired to play, explore movement and help to channel young energy through focused learning and participation. When: Wednesday Trainer: Albany Theatre Age: 8-11 Where: Albany Theatre Exploring a range of different theatre genres and developing a wide variety of performance skills, our Junior sessions are perfect for young people that want to be creative. Our Juniors work towards regular performances, whether that be a performance of well-known script or something they have created themselves – each term is completely different. When: Wednesday Trainer: Albany Theatre Age: 12-15 Where: Albany Theatre Our Seniors get the opportunity to develop performance techniques, learn new skills and produce their own work. Sessions are led by all members’ ideas and interests and cover a variety of theatre genres.
